You are safe to feel and grow here

Hello, I’m Celeste

I find it deeply fulfilling to collaborate with and support individuals, couples, families, and communities in strengthening their connections, improving their communications, cultivating sustainable compassion, and growing together. My focus is on healing trauma and fostering secure attachment, to encourage growth, resilience, and wellness for the benefit of all beings.

This process is deeply personal to me, and through the years I’ve learned that each of us encounters moments of struggle, times we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or even in crisis. I hold a deep conviction that every person carries within them a natural capacity to heal, adapt and grow. For me, creating a supportive space where that healing and resilience can unfold gives my life deep purpose, and is profoundly meaningful and life-giving.

I see every person I meet as already carrying a deep reservoir of strength and insight. As your therapist, I’ll walk alongside you as we uncover what matters most to you, clarify your current life intentions and aspirations, and explore practical ways to move forward.

Therapy is first and foremost a place of care and support, but it also asks for honesty, effort, and courage. Real change often comes when we stretch beyond what feels comfortable, and I deeply admire the courage it takes to step into that process fully. One of my roles as your therapist is to gently encourage you to lean into your discomfort in ways that feel dignified, safe, supported, and secure.

Together, we create a space where you can truly see, understand, and embrace all parts of yourself. It is my honor to support you in your process to grow and discover a deeper capacity within yourself that has been with you all along.

I often lean into the healing power of expressive arts, community, mindfulness, meditation, and play. I enjoy working with people of all ages: children, tweens, teens, young adults, and adults.

I live in Hendersonville with my partner, Brian, and our cat Pixel, surrounded by the beauty of nature we love to explore.
